The Mumkin scheme in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) provides a subsidy to purchase small commercial vehicles for unemployed youth. The scheme allows applicants to choose from any model or make of vehicle approved by the government. So I want to know can anyone who already purchased a small commercial vehicle can be eligible for the Mission Youth J&K loan scheme. If yes, How can I get the subsidy under this scheme? Pls tell me the process of Mumkin Scheme JK Registration 2025, it really help me to get some relief as I have huge loan on me.
