  1. First, navigate the TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) Ultimatix website by Clicking Here.

  3. Then click on the “Retrieve Ultimatix account details” link.
  4. On the next page, select the ‘Get Personalized Ulitmax Username’ option.
  5. Here click on the ‘Receive by mail’ button.
  6. Now enter your Employee Number and Your Date of Joining (DD/MM/YYYY).
